Delivery Charges

At openshaws.co.uk we wish for your purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by Royal Mail special delivery and will reach you within three to seven working days.

**If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 3-7 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.

UK Postal Charges

- Over £100, UK delivery is FREE
- Under £100, UK delivery is just £3.95

International Postal Charges

- All countries £6.95

Online Fraud
To help fight online fraud openshaws.co.uk is pro-active in recognising fraudulent transactions, our checks are essential and completed for each and every transaction to protect the security of both our customers and our business.

Form time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order, where possible we will endeavour to conduct our security checks inside our delivery service level agreement.

Exceptions to Delivery Times:

Ring Orders
Please note - From time to time we may be required to place a special order for your specific ring size via a Robert Openshaw store or direct from our supplier.

Whilst we carry a large quantity of all our rings, on occasion more popular sizes may be out of stock.

Should this be the case and we are unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 3-5 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.


Returns Policy

At openshaws.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items.

Items can be returned direct to openshaws.co.uk within 14 days*, using the detachable address slip at the bottom of the dispatch note.

openshaws.co.uk cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Alternatively, purchases may be returned to a Robert Openshaw store. The store will then return the item(s) to openshaws.co.uk on your behalf. Once openshaws.co.uk has received the items you will then be given a refund or an exchange.

When returning items to openshaws.co.uk or to one of our stores, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the whole dispatch note and the completed detachable address slip at the bottom of the dispatch note.

For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to openshaws.co.uk by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

Please refer to your receipt in the event of a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
